Disliked: The receptionist charged our room twice! I have booked and paid the whole 97$ for our room on booking.com and when I go to the hotel, the receptionist take my credit card and charged me another 107$. I asked her and she told me this was all FINE, money would go back to my credit card. Next day she gave back me 10$ and then the other 97$ NEVER come back! It is really disappointing!

Liked: Affordable rates!Great food!Clean rooms!Helpful upstairs staff went above and beyond!It was well below zero outside.Our car refused to start.She didn't hesitate to help us w a jump even at -2°!
Disliked: Omgoodness!Friday and Saturday night the music was great!Classic Rock!Loud and upbeat!Unfortunately that same music started at 7:00AM SATURDAY and SUNDAY morning!!!!Our room was directly above the bar and it vibrated right up through the floor!!We requested it be turned down some in the morning before 9AM.Sadly Sunday morning was the same.Not the best place if you want to sleep in!Not enough plug in's nside in the room.No bedside lamps.
