Pleasant overnight stay

Liked: The building is lovely and very well cared for, breakfast was simple continental style, Location was quiet and walking distance to CBD but steep hill on homeward journey. Room was simply decorated but comfortable and the heater had been turned on prior to our arrival on a wintry Launceston day and was greatly appreciated. Bed was cosy and comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower.
Disliked: We parked on the street as were unsure off arrangements to park on the property but it was a very quiet street so were comfortable with that

Liked: Located in quiet areas near the city of Launceston liked the house breakfast was great
Disliked: I was put in a room that was up 2 flights of stairs and it was extremely uncomfortable carrying my suitcase up there room 7 shower was so small specially getting into the shower the 3 small doors were not good two morning In a row I heard wood been chopped and collected this could have been collected the night before to save the noise Nice house didn’t get to meet the owners Comfortable beds and the house was cosy
