Disliked: I do not like the fact that you have to walk through the mall, down hallways with absolutely no security late at night to get to my room. I felt very unsafe. Also, the buffet was horrible, definitely not worth $40 a person, not really many choices of different foods. Also, I was given a code for a free room, but was not able to use it on my stay. I actually ended up booking the room online because it was cheaper than booking through your hotel. Why send out a code if it's not going to be honored.

Liked: Staff was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the casino, outlets and the food court has good choices and prices were good.
Disliked: The pool and gym were out of service which I was expecting to enjoy.

Liked: Very clean and our room was beautiful.
Disliked: So expensive.

Liked: Location was perfect, also saw a concert at the event center
Disliked: Person who checked me in really did not explain the key card/elevator situation. Took me a hot second to figure it out with some other guests.Also the family who was in room next to me decided to open their adjoining door and it made me super uncomfortable. I could hear them talking. Probably just kids messing around but I couldn't tell if my side was locked or unlocked so it made me apprehensive to leave my room unattended.

Disliked: Pool was under repair, couldn't take my underage son to the steakhouse

Liked: It was clean and close to the venue I was in town for. The food is good with the onsite restaurants to choose from and the room was very clean
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable I didn’t sleep well. The outlets are a disappointment.
