Liked: Very clean and well organised, very helpful friendly staff. We stayed in an annex room which was very accessible, well sized, very clean and well laid out.

Liked: This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. But the best part was the sea view from the window.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for car park space 5GBP per day but it wasn't a big deal.

Liked: The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast and evening meals were very tasty and really good value for the money. The location was also really very good. We weren't too far from the shops or the pier.
Disliked: I wasn't too happy with the layout of my room. It was a single room with a single bed. The bed was placed in the middle of the room. Every time I turned, I nearly fell out of the bed. Plus the lamp switch was away from the bed, so I had to get out of bed to turn the light off.

Disliked: Disappointing Stay – Misleading Parking Info, Smelly Room & Poor ServiceWe booked Hotel Winchmore in Llandudno through Booking.com, and overall, our experience was extremely disappointing.From the moment we arrived, the service was very poor. No one explained the check-in process or guided us properly to our room. There was no warm welcome, and we were left to figure things out on our own, which felt unprofessional and frustrating.The room was in bad condition – it had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the atmosphere was far from clean or comfortable. We honestly found it hard to even stay inside the room.One of the biggest issues was the parking situation, which was a complete letdown. The hotel listed parking as available, but when we arrived, there were no spaces. We had to wait outside for a long time, hoping a spot would free up. In the end, we were forced to park outside and pay £5 extra. This is unacceptable, especially when parking was a key reason we chose this hotel. The listing on Booking.com was misleading, and nothing was clearly communicated in advance.The staff didn’t bother to explain anything – no directions, no details about the room or hotel facilities. Everything felt disorganised and unwelcoming.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend Hotel Winchmore to anyone. I hope Booking.com looks into this listing, as it does not reflect the reality of the guest experience.

Liked: The position of the Hotel and the Car Park behind of it
Disliked: The rooms where dirty, there was not enough stuffs in the bathroom for the hygiene, no hand soap and shampoo the bedsheets where dirty and stained. The floor making a lot of noise. The bed was very uncomfortable, not soft. Breakfast was very poor, just English one and not international breakfast. We asked for a cappuccino or espresso and the said it is not possible to make it. The price of the breakfast, for what was offered, was very high.
