Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations. All staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean and well presented. The location was also ideal for a show at Venue Cymru. One of our group had one of the 'accessible' rooms. The facilities were very good in the room, which has flat access to the car park and there was a lift in the hotel to access the breakfast room and bar area. The included breakfast was very good value.
