Liked: The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I ever had. It was a high-end meal like you would receive at a 4 Seasons hotel. The location is right in the middle of the downtown but just far enough set back to be quiet and peaceful. The rates are very reasonable. I'm so happy I stayed at the Winchester Inn.

Liked: Beautiful historic inn. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Very clean. Beautiful lanndscaped grounds. Included breakfast was magnificent!! Good happy hour. Left me a beautiful plate of treats in the room for my birthday.
Disliked: The bed was pillowy but too soft for my back. Not enough pillows. Office not available after 5:00 the day we were there. Off season price was ok because of the breakfast but high at other times. Restaurant prices very high. Food is excellent however.

Liked: We have nothing but wonderful things to say about out stay at The Winchester. The location is perfect, the hotel and rooms are beautiful. The staff are kind, thoughtful, friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious!
Disliked: Honestly, we have nothing negative to say!

Liked: Exceptional room, and hospitality, amazing food, and the perfect bar. All within walking distance to downtown Ashland.
Disliked: Marble floor in bathroom & shower was very pretty, but cold. Bring slippers!
