Liked: We arrived later in the evening we were pulling a small U-Haul bringing my daughter home from college. The staff was kind to put us in a location that I could feel comfortable about parking the RV. We’re very helpful with our bags. When we got in the front desk, was working with a new computer system, but we’re all very helpful and apologetic for the time it was taking, though it really was not taking long as soon as we woke up in the morning we were back on the road so we really didn’t spend much time but we were able to go to the pool in the evening for about 30 minutes before it closed other than the person smoking outside. It was a great time.

Liked: The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The gambling is horrible. Do not waste your money.The room I booked before I arrived had a leak. They called me and said that I would have to stay in a different room below what I paid for. They did not offer me any accommodations except they would wave my deposit that I would get back anyway. After arguing to no avail the call ended. I called back and then they offered to comp one night after trying to make it seem like it was my fault.You have to unload your own luggage and push it to your room. And when you leave the same thing. No Valet was available either. The staff were nice while I was there.
