Liked: The breakfast was very good
Disliked: The dining room was cold, the light in the bathroom didn't work. The bathroom was in need of a facelift. The bedroom was adequate but not lovely. The pillows were hard.

Liked: The breakfast, which was cooked to order and the cheerful staff.
Disliked: The room was very tired and the ensuite needed repairs to the grouting on the floor tiles and wall. The inside door handle was also only secured with 2 screws and loose.

Really nice hotel in Horsham...

Liked: The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bedroom was huge and had a very comfortable bed, so I got plenty of sleep those nights I was there. Breakfast was good and filled me up for the morning.
Disliked: The sign at the front of the hotel says Hotel and Restaurant, but there's no actual restaurant in the hotel. They only do breakfast.

Liked: We have travelled a lot and this is probably the best accommodation we have experienced.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and very comfortable.The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and extremely well cooked.When we return to this area we will certainly return.
