Liked: Location, staff-all bar one. Breakfast very good. Kudos to Carlos and John.
Disliked: Room dusty. “Tired” needed a good deep clean: especially overhead-cobwebs. One staff member confrontational and rude when we were trying to ensure our door was locked.

Liked: The man organising breakfast and reception was really helpful he has an excellent sense of humour. Breakfast excellent
Disliked: Our toilet cistern took ages to fill up but not the end of the world
