Liked: Decent cooked breakfast available.Good value for money for London prices.Comfortable bed.
Disliked: A few biscuits would be welcomed?Cold water tap didn't run cold.

Liked: Location and parking availability
Disliked: Cramped bathroom. No hot water in the morning, staff weren’t bothered when it was reported just saying ‘nobody else has reported it’ and didn’t even check.

Poor

Liked: Location wasn't too bad for Wimbledon however a 20 min walk to Wimbledon Village Blackout blinds.
Disliked: Hotel not manned. Had to call to be let in. As room was at the very top of the building it was like an oven. Provided one fan asked for another as told them the room was unbearable but didn't supply until the following day (not that it made any difference). Didn't sleep well for the two nights we were there. Window didn't open, coffee and tea facilities left on hot window sill (didn't use). No cold water from shower and only 1 set towels for two guests, not enough pillows Advertised as a 4 start Hotel. I've stayed in better 30 pound per night in Blackpool and charged over 400 for 2 nights (Wimbledon tennis prices) which simply wasn't worth it! Advised them they need to invest in air con for that room as imagine if temp over 20 degrees it will continue to be unbearable for guests. I doubt they will. Looks like nothing been spent in years! Avoid!

Liked: The location was great and Jay the owner helped us get a taxi to the Wimbledon tournament which is why we stayed there. Jay is very accommodating, helpful, laid back and friendly. The staff friendly lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Having to leave! Would have liked another few days felt at home there.

Liked: . Good location, not too far to walk to the station, restaurants/the shuttle bus for Wimbledon tennis.. Bed was comfortable . Spacious room. Kettle, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, ironing board provided. Plenty of lights, a main bedroom one, plus a bedside one
