Disliked: I didn't even get a chance to stay at this hotel due to a family emergency and had to leave asap but this hotel was small nothing like the pictures shown staff lovely the woman kind and polite up until I asked for a refund as I say I didn't stay here and it was a no straight away from them

Liked: The room was amazing and good view of the tower bed was very comfortable.

Liked: Location was pretty central.
Disliked: Filthy, smelly, there they got the pictures from the website from I don't know as they don't represent the hotel at all. No internet. The bathroom door didn't even shut never mind lock. Not a chance was I showering there, even after a night at a rock festival I was cleaner than it was. The ceiling was moldy and I have no clue what levels of filth were all over the windows.

Absolutely awful and a shambles

Disliked: No heating on, no bar, nothing there may aswell be squatters rights. Absolute shambles... Couldn't pay for ages as machine did not work. Had baby with us so cold for baby. Owner said refurb was due actually it's been the same for years. Needs help - avoid!!!!!
