A lovely stay in a...

Liked: The owners were very helpful and happy to speak English rather than let us struggle with our limited French. The hotel is a beautiful classical French building with a lovely atmosphere, well-located for the town centre and railway station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of room for clothes storage. Breakfasts were buffet-style and reasonably priced. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel highly.
Disliked: There were no major downsides. There was no lift due to the construction of the building but the owners were very keen to help with carrying luggage to upstairs rooms.

Exceptional

Liked: Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, beautiful and comfortable room. Had breakfast every morning at the hotel as well, great value. Definitely recommend and will go back!

Wonderful 3 night stay

Liked: Everything was above expectations.Just up the road from the train station exit.Scrupulously clean.So friendly and helpful and patient.Great breakfast with eggs, fruit, ham, yoghurt, coffee etc.Comfortable bed.Old world charm.Thanks for a memorable stay.

Friendly excellent value traditional hotel.

Liked: Nice old building, very conveniently positioned if travelling by train. Spacious high ceilinged room. Bed comfortable. Lovely freshly baked croissants and rolls for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing bad for a short stay. Lighting in room rather basic, perhaps.

Unfussy service and top-notch room...

Liked: Top quality accommodation in an atmospheric pleasantly old-fashioned hotel. The spiral staircase is beautiful and there’s the nice touch of the little terrace garden. The city of Narbonne is also a wonderful place to be.

Comfortable hotel with a flower...

Liked: The staff were more than willing to assist with our needs.The breakfast was lovely, fresh squeezed orange juice, dates and FIGS. I love figs.The bed was comfortable and in room 3 when you open the curtains to your surprise you will see a flower garden. Will’s Hotel is a 3 minute walk to the railway station.The restaurants close by are the Grill Lounge (fabulous hidden gem) and the Istanbul Restaurant (Excellent fare). Very pleasant stay indeed.

Liked: Lovely friendly welcome and my room was ready early for me.Excellent location near the railway station, good transport links to explore the area. And easy walk into the town centre.
