Will not be back overpriced

Liked: Wheelchair user given upstairs room was not informed of disabled access when arrived. Was told that it's only one flight up
Disliked: All of hotel need disability training

Disliked: The blinds were dirty, bed sheets had stains on it the “SHOWER” hardly worked, the room set up was like I was sleeping at my grandmas house £130 pound for that shit never again

Liked: Attended as part of a major Scottish Magic convention along with many other magician's from the UK & abroad. This is a traditional, independently owned hotel & with that, comes it's individual character and charm. Staff were more than excellent, took an interest in guests (much more so than expected from the National hotel brands). Cleanliness was excellent, food ditto. Our needs were more than met, and the staff are a credit to this hotel.
Disliked: Leaving to return to our day-to-day life 😀.
