We enjoyed a nice quiet...

Liked: For being right on the outskirts of Cleveland it was a nice quiet place to stay and convenient to the places we were visiting.

Looking at the building when...

Very disappointing

Disliked: When we first arrived and was checking in we were informed there was no TV in our room, they did not offer any money back or offer a different room. The floors were not swept or mopped, the toilet was broken, no water pressure, claimed there was a pool there which there is but has not been open or touched for a very long time, two of the lamps did not work. Before I booked our stay I called and asked if I could extend my checkout by two hours and they said they could do that so I went ahead and booked it, I even did a special request on the booking and was emailed back saying that they could accommodate for that. When the time came they came banging on my door super loud, I explained it to them and they said it was fine. A half hour went by and they were blowing up my phone asking when I was going to check out, I explained once again and that’s when they told me they can’t do that and they would have to charge me more money after saying they would do that and it wouldn’t cost any extra. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was pretty disappointing. I know you get what you pay for but I’ve had better for less money. Steer clear of this place, if you can spend an extra $20 I would suggest doing that.

No pool, no functioning locks,...

Disliked: The website says there's a pool the pool has not been functional for years the reason I booked the hotel was because I'm a single mom with kids with autism and I wanted a night to myself in a pool when I got there I was put on the third floor even though I told them I needed a first floor because I have anxiety and when I asked them about the pool they said it's not been opened in years they've told the website to take it off and would not refund my money so I stayed every vending machine was empty none of the doors had functional locks on them to the outside anyone can just walk in for someone with anxiety I was up all night worst stay ever of my life!!!
