Exceptional
Liked: The motel is conveniently located, easy to find and within walking distance of a choice of restaurants. Rocky and his wife were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a day on the Appalachian trail which is very close. Fully reccommend

It was short, safe and...
Liked: The breakfast was good. I had cereal, yogurt and tea. The stAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Disliked: I would have liked it if the microwave, refrigerator and ice machine had been working.

Plain inexpensive place to stay...
Liked: Reasonably priced and close to college. Owner was helpful in telling us places to eat nearby
Disliked: The owner is very nice but on departure day there was literally no one to be found. There was a sign at the desk to call a number but no one answered the phone. No instructions on what to do for checkout if no one was available. I left key and a voice mail and crossed my fingers.
