Liked: Pool, staff (Kamron was super friendly), location.
Disliked: Plumbing was horrible. No food options during the week.

Superb

Liked: Very pleasant hotel in the immediate vicinity of Colonial Williamsburg and its Visitor Center. Quick access to the site by shuttle or on foot.Large parking lot, spacious pool, comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast: average-quality products and a tide of plastics (single-use crockery, single-use cutlery, over-wrapping of all products), totally disrespectful of the environment.

Liked: The staff was the BEST! So friendly and welcoming. The location was great too!
Disliked: The only thing was, the ice machine was broken

We loved it!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were outstanding.Breakfast included certified gluten free options which was wonderful because 3 of our family members have severe gluten allergies.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the room. I wish hotels would remove carpet from floors, it would make it more sanitary and healthy.
