I had a great time....

Liked: It was so spacious
Disliked: That the pool was so far away

Disliked: Small bathroom and overall size, and TV wasn't very clear

Over priced and terrible staff

Liked: It was very pretty and clean the room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a room with two beds and only got one. It was way over priced for what we got. The pool closed at 8 on the first day of summer. We ate at the restaurant while the food was good it took an hour to get. The table was sticky. They didn’t have a table large enough for our group so they put us at the bar / table. We needed another chair and the staff said “no we can’t do that”. No Breakfast was included

Disliked: Inflexibiity of staff when booking became confused

Liked: location
Disliked: way overpriced. Looked out the window and we were below the sidewalk. So those outside could look down in our room and all we saw was there ffeet.

Good Stay

Liked: Overall was a good stay and good location for our tour
Disliked: although things like expensive parking and pour quality and expensive food at the dinner should be mentioned.

Reservation Learning curve

Liked: Stayed previously- always good
Disliked: Requested adjoining rooms but received adjacent rooms. We were moved to other wing of resort with adjoining rooms. Learned - the hard way- cannot book 2 same rooms there and get adjoining. Must book 2 separate rooms at 2 separate prices at Resort

Very good

Liked: Great location for vacation, very nice room and facilities.
Disliked: I wanted to sleep in on a couple of days, but cleaning and or maid service made loud noises and loud voices in the hallway outside of our door waking us up.. Apparently the linen closet door (right outside our door) was being held open for the workers to easily get in and out without unlocking or unlatching the door every time. The way they held the door open caused a constant metal to metal banging noise when the door shut.
