Ideal for tram access to...

Liked: Convenient town centre location, clean, up on first floor, very well equipped, very easy access by key code so no direct contact with owner.
Disliked: Very quiet at night but some traffic noise during the day.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, clean and well appointed.
Disliked: The deposit was a surprise and a little alarming, but it went back into my account fast.

Overpriced

Liked: The bed. The location. The cooking facilities.
Disliked: Floors and surfaces were filthy.

Highly recommend, reasonably priced and...

Liked: It was exactly what we wanted. Everything was provided and it was close to shops and restaurants. Very happy with our stay.
Disliked: It was clean and tidy on our arrival, we liked the layout of the flat. It was my daughter and I travelling and we felt very safe.

Great location and amenities.

Liked: The location is very convenient. THe tram and bus stops are a minute away. there are many cafes, pubs, grocery shops nearby. Excellent location on the main street of Hillsborough.
Disliked: The carpets are old and dirty. The apartment smelled bad.

Good for a short stay

Liked: Affordable and spacious
Disliked: No reserved parking however I did find parking a 5 min walk away. The beds were quite uncomfortable especially the sofa bed you could really feel the springs.

Bad

Liked: The ladies from reception were very helpful at the beginning
Disliked: There was around 30°C (photo is from the morning with 27°) in the room which was facing a pub, due to the massive noise and hot temperature I could not sleep at all. I asked for another room but was told to pay extra which in my opinion is unfair. Also I was bitten by bugs please see the pictures , I am hoping to not bring it home with me.

Pleasant

Liked: We chose the accommodation based on proximity to an event we were attending, for this it was good. Overall the accommodation was clean and pretty well equipped in terms of the kitchen area.
Disliked: We arrived 30 minutes after the check in time and our room was still being cleaned which was not ideal as we were on a tight turn around and ended up having to just sit in one room whilst this was finished. Some of the floor in the apartment is a little uneven/sloping and creaky, we felt very conscious about the impact of this on the apartment below. There was no obvious information about how to obtain a permit for parking although there were plenty of spaces available. The bed was fine for one night but not the most comfortable and more than one pillow per person would have been nice!
