Disliked: I am 72 years old and have traveled for several years in 35 of the lower 48 states. I have never encountered a place this bad. The room was extremely dirty, lamp shades were all cracked and draperies were cracked to the point that they slits appeared. For a non-smoking room, there was a strong smoke odor in the room. There was crack pipe hidden under the mattress and a beer can in the trash can. The tub was so dirty no one would use it. Every towel was stained. Red spots were on walls and lamp shades. Holes in the walls and the chair had a hole in seat. Bed sheets were not clean. Door did not close correctly. Did not feel safe with people hanging around.TV dd work put there was a chip in the remote.

Disliked: When arriving felt leary sitting outside by entrance appeared to be a homeless family. The clientele at desk was asking to extend there paymentsdidn't appear a safe place to stay. Didn't stay at location and lost a night wage.

Affordable, but not comfortable

Liked: The location is great and they do offer breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The non-smoking room smelled of smoke (cigarettes and marijunana), the beds were not comfortable, our rooms were not near each other, despite the request. I was also directed to the wrong room and when I alerted the front desk to my mistake, was rudely told that I wrote it down wrong. While we were there - the police visited one of the rooms and there was a dog who bit a little girl. We did not feel safe. We have stayed in this hotel for several years and while it is very affordable, the experience this time was very poor.

Disliked: This place is a druggie hotel and it shows. Everything is raggedy. The toilets have chipped & stained paint all over it, the shower was dirty and also chipped and stained, the walls appear to have mold in the cracks near the bathroom, the walls are dirty, the blankets and sheets have burn holes in them, the mini fridge was dirty and leaking from beneath along with the shelves being rusted, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but was definitely a smoking room. The clerk that checked me in seemed very aware and nonchalant about the quality of the rooms but I was unaware until I got inside. She even had me sign a waiver saying that the room is a non-smoking room but then mentioned “It’s supposed to be a non-smoking room but can’t guarantee it.”

Liked: I was only here for 15 minutes the smell of the room was horrible and unbearable. Not only that they didn’t refund my money and made an extra charge to my credit card. I returned to speak with the manager and I am being given the run around.
Disliked: Nothing it was dirty and smelly. I walked in the room and turned around to get me another hotel.

Disliked: son found a roach as we was checking out, went to get breakfast about 7:50am eggs and sausage bread, son was able to get a quarter of waffle mix out… girl was outside being loud most if the night. old lady a few rooms up room left a horrible smell outdoor, she had a homeless/beggers sign saying something about prison, tub was nasty…
