Great experience.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly. They assisted with questions and housekeeping how to clean up throw up twice without complaining.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like was that a couple of times there was children under the age of 14 that were not supervised. That isn't the staff's fault.

Liked: Staff was warm and friendly, our family had a great time and really enjoyed playing in the pool, the games in the lobby, and relaxing in the room. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of options for everyone. Everything was clean, room was a great size, and layout.

Fine accommodations, and would stay...

Liked: The staff was attentive. The premise was clean and orderly. We have stayed before and found things as we expected.
Disliked: There was no closet in the room or a place to hang our dress and business clothing. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board. The staff looked on three different floors to locate an iron. Most places have both in each guest room. Please have these at least readily available per floor, if not accessible in each room. Add a place to hang business attire, as not all guests are on vacation.

Good

Liked: The location is good. The rooms are a decent size. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the hot food was hot.
Disliked: We were in a suite. Both rooms smelled musty and both air conditioners need to be cleaned badly. The carpeting throughout was damp and is starting to come up in one large spot. It was a trip hazard. The sink in the outer room was rusty and unappealing to look at. The closet door was off the track and could not be used. Also, there was a small group of us in the lounge, sitting by the fireplace and trying to chat in the mid-afternoon. The music was so loud that we could barely hear each other. I asked the front desk person if it could be turned down and was told that it was not possible. It was that loud on purpose so that no one could hear my private information when I checked in. The only information they asked for was my name when I was able to check in.. They had everything else that they needed and, unless I was shouting, no one would have even heard me in the lounge. Breakfast is served in that same area and the music was turned off on that side the next morning. It was still playing on the lobby side of the lounge. So, there was no reason that it needed to be that loud the afternoon before. We could not check into our suite until 4PM, so moving to there was not an option. It was quite frustrating. I was told that it was that loud for a reason and nothing could be done about it.

Disliked: We didn’t realize it was a heavily child friendly place. Breakfast was very limited
