Overall it was a nice...

Liked: The front desk staff was warm friendly and welcoming
Disliked: I think the pool and Jacuzzi area should have been open earlier and stayed open later in the evening for those with a late check in and early morning check out.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Felt safe. They have a really nice pool room. I'm sure they have cool themed rooms too, but I stayed in a basic room. It was a clean place.
Disliked: This place is very unique and the animal statues cracked me up. Everything is very outdated, possibly original. Tub was very worn and chipped but clean, ok for shower. Bed was lop-sided but actually comfortable. Gap under ac unit could let creepy crawlies in.

Exceptional

Liked: Pool , Hot Tub and the game !
Disliked: That I had to leave at 11AM lol

Liked: The staff were very nice and professional
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable (and I'm not a picky person) and the bed sheets were the most scratchy sheets I've ever met. The room was clean everything was just very outdated so the price foe the room seemed a little high for the outdated rooms.

Friendly staff and a great...

Liked: The front desk was extremely nice and always smiling. I’ve been a few times for daddy daughter trips to the Reds games . Every time it’s been a blast . My daughter is 5 years old and loves it. The pool and hot tub are clean and temperature controlled . Great place !
