Superb

Liked: The complimentary wine and nibbles were a lovely touch. Good in room facilities, including plenty of crockery and cutlery. Ensuite was large and well laid out. Underground parking is a bonus.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike.

Wonderful stay in every respect....

Liked: The chef here is outstanding. We had two dinners at the hotel that were exceptional - no other Kangaroo Valley location can compare.

Nice spot in the middle...

Liked: Location was great, right in the heart of the town. Car Parking underground in a secure parking area. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and really approachable.

I would highly recommend and...

Liked: The rooms were beautiful, very charming, clean. The staff were so accomodating and communication was a 10/10.
Disliked: Could have done with an extra heater in the 2nd bedroom in the lorikeet suite. Was a bit chilly.
