Room was overpriced for size...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: Evening meal was over priced wasn't value for money. We ordered wine with our meal which did not arrive but was added to our bill ( it was sorted) If we came back we would not eat in hotel with the exception of breakfast

Disliked: The beds mattress was ancient you could feel every spring on your back, terrible.

Liked: Location and really nice outdoor areas.
Disliked: Toilets weren’t the cleanest.Seemed understaffed in the Glasshouse restuarant

Nice but too hot and...

Liked: Free parking. Nice hotel. Easy walking distance to the town.
Disliked: Rooms were hot. Fan was in the room but no air con. Also visited the spa and this was hotter than hell itself. At least 15 degrees hotter than any pool or spa I’ve ever been too. Changing rooms were unbearable. It must cost a fortune to run at that temperature but turning it down they could save money and improve the cost per night. We paid £200 for one night. It wasn’t worth it.

Liked: Great location, beautiful views, and easy access to the town. Perfect for the gigs at llangollen pavilion Great breakfast. And lovely staff.

Liked: Spa great , food ( breakfasts lovely) staff all great . Room very clean
Disliked: Not diluted toiletries in bathroom. Toilet paper poor quality

Liked: Food. Comfortable bed. Landscaping around the Hotel ie flower borders.
Disliked: Very dark bedroom. No view. Evening and breakfast bookings disorganised. Pestered for payment when we had not finished in the restaurant. Not offered a room tab.
