DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Liked: Not a single thing we didn't even stay. We checked in at 5:00pm went to dinner and returned at 7:15pm asked the staff to change rooms. She said they were full. So I asked her for a refund and she said sorry you already paid. We tried to stay but my 75 YO mother started having breathing issues and coughing. We left at 3:47am.
Disliked: The place is falling over, it smelled of mold and mildew, the room was full of cockroaches and termites, the staff was very unfriendly and refused to give us our money back. Worst place we have ever tried to stay at.

Liked: We were very surprised by all of the delicious choices. Everything we could possibly want!!! Very impressed!

Liked: Easy to find, downtown Hilo
Disliked: 1. Dirty2. Picture of the room retouched apparently and having little to do with reality. 3. No air conditioning ( a must there) 4. Broken windows, no blinds, no privacy5. Even after half an hour, still no hot water, we washed with cold water. 6. Don’t try reaching them the phone number provided in booking.com does not work 7. They have no reception after 19:00….8. They have a free breakfast… none can eat their eggs…9. And so on….

Liked: Only bed is comfy, everything else was bad
Disliked: They room is right beside main highway, super noisy all night,we couldn't sleep, had to wait for hot water for 10 mins, everything is old, and the building is tilted. they throw away our food in the fridge during our stay, was a horrible experience

Disliked: It was very run down and it just seem they have no budget to really upkeep it.
