Just a 10-minute drive from the North Sea coast Wieting's Hotel is located in Esens' Marktplatz Square surrounded by restaurants and shops. Guests enjoy free WiFi and use of the hotel's sauna and hot tub. Rooms at Wieting's Hotel are classically decorated with traditional wooden furniture. Guests are welcome to use the hotel's communal garden and cinema room with Wii console. A breakfast buffet is available and guests are invited to dine in the hotel's Soepke Restaurant which offers regional cuisine and fish dishes as well as homemade cakes. The hotel is a 5-minute drive away from Bensersiel Harbor which has direct links to the local islands. It is 3.1 mi to the Wattenmeer National Park where walking and cycling are popular. Wieting's Hotel is a 30-minute drive from the A29 motorway and free private parking is provided. Esens Train Station is a 15-minute walk from the accommodations.

Very good

Liked: Nice location right at the town center. Good for traveling by bike or e bike. Clean rooms with very traditional aesthetics. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Shower needs an upgrade.

Good value central hotel

Liked: Central, friendly, Irish style pub, good breakfast
Disliked: There is a small car park at the rear, but the entrance is very narrow. We didn’t attempt it but it must be wide enough as there were cars that had made it!
