Disliked: Bit of a shame in all. The hotel is tired and rather overpriced as such. The one thing that really disappointed was breakfast service, or lack of. A wait of over an hour before our order was even taken. I understand a lack of staff can contribute, including a surge of guests, however, where this is the case, ensure the buffet element is kept well stocked while guests wait for the cooked items. No milk for cereal, no bread, no orange juice or water, no pastries, yoghurt all gone to mix with fruit.A polite request to have a refund for breakfast was refused. Won't be recommending or returning.

Expensive for a basic hotel.

Liked: Good size room, decent bed, good shower facilities. Easy to get into Liverpool with a car.
Disliked: Music and noise until past midnight, possibly a big issue because our room was right next to reception/noisy areas. Lots of loud talkers in corridors - again likely because of the positioning of our room. Lack of plugs near the bed. £15 per person for breakfast seems excessive.

Great time

Liked: Arrived after 3.00pm reception lady was lovely , bar staff were great lovely sitting in the outside area at night atmosphere was great bed was so comfortable and the whole room was spotless very happy with the stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great hotel friendly staff and great accommodation wr gave stayed several times always great.
