Fabulous

Liked: Location was great and the building interior is beautiful. Room is well equipped, bar is very inviting. Breakfast room is beautiful with a baby grand piano. Breakfast is delicious. Room is warm and welcoming.

Only the location saved our...

Liked: Location and lobby bar - nice barwoman serving the drinks.
Disliked: The room was poorly cleaned. It seemed like they just change the towels and make the bed and that´s it. Dirt and dust on the floor remained there for the whole time. Also the ashtray on the balcony was full of cigarettes from previous customers, as we don´t smoke. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible.

Easy stay at Copenhagen central

Liked: Location (very near from the central station and the Tivoli park)Breakfast (Wide variety and high quality)
Disliked: Single rooms are very small. I should have upgraded the room…!
