Liked: Very quirky which we liked. Our room was small but for the money was adequate. Sorry we didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment there

Liked: The location was perfect, just a 5 minute dry to Bradford on Avon .Beds were comfortable and quiet at night .
Disliked: Shower ran too hot so difficult for my children but everything else good .

Lovely place, but service could...

Liked: The place is beautiful, specially the garden which feels really magical, and has a stream with ducks. It feels very peaceful!
Disliked: Staff was a bit frosty and not very welcoming or accommodating. I was travelling on my own with my 3 girls under 8 including a toddler and a child with special needs. I wasn't offered help with the bags and instead the gentleman that was taking us to the room took us a long way and seemed to be bothered that one of my girls got excited about going and taking a look at the swimming pool. When we went to the swimming pool we found out that you were supposed to ask for the towels at reception(we weren't adviced this and there weren't signs anywhere). I was made felt a little bit uncomfortable and that I didn't belong there. The swimming pool area leaves a lot to desire as it's very small and extremely cold when you get out. The showers weren't working properly, but there was no one at reception to share this with. Despite requesting it, I didn't get an itemised bills from the restaurant when I checked out.
