Exceptional
Liked: Resteraunt is great, bar staff is awesome! Facilities are exactly what the family, soccer team and all involved needed for the long weekend. Its great to have open space and lounge options outside of the room.
Disliked: This is the 3rd time we have stayed here as a soccer team. The only small issue we have ever had was a single bar manager that contradicted another employee for letting us use a space for accomadating a team meal. The space was completely empty but roped off. The bar tender gave me permission for us to have our team meal over there with the promise to clean it up ourselves and no wait staff. It was working out great, we we then given a very difficult time and asked to move by his supervisor. Honestly though we will continue to always stay at this hotel when we are in town for a tournament!

Liked: The breakfast was great, but was room service, the front desk attendant when I checked in said the breakfast included with the rate was the room service/door hang but it should have been in the dining room. This caused issues with billing at check out.
Disliked: One of our party's reservations were cancelled by the hotel after booking.com made the request to just shorten the already paid for stay by one day. The manager and a desk attendant 'helped' us but said they had nothing to do with it and blamed booking.com but booking.com showed the hotel never responded to the request. This was particularly frustration because we had already called the hotel to see if we could work directly with them to make the change to the reservation and were directed back to the third party site, rather than watch for the change to come through and ensure it was handled appropriately someone at the hotel cancelled the reservation which then led to us having to book while we were there and pay on another card (rather than the company card that was used to make the initial reservation.) The staff were not accountable or accommodating.
