Disappointing second stay

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Lovely location. Waitress at dinner was lovely but clearly rushed off her feet with little support.
Disliked: Room was very dusty. Rather dated in need of some tlc. Curtain tie back fixings were falling out the wall with broken plaster falling out. At breakfast I requested oat milk with my coffee which I was told they had but was then given almond milk and then told they didn't actually have oat milk. Breakfast was an uncomfortable experience with two other separate couples both complaining about their stay for various reasons. TV channels are extremely limited & WiFi is very weak. A real shame as this was our 2nd visit to Who'd thought it after a great experience the first time around. This time around it certainly didn't live up to our expectations and was left very disappointed.

Liked: The location was nice and only a 7 minute drive to Chilston Park for a wedding. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue with our room on the first night around 11:30pm and the staff were able to upgrade our room(we originally booked the small double). We weren't waiting long for them to resolve our issue and get confirmation we could still stay there even though they were busy.The upgraded room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom with hot tub with jets and good pressure overhead shower. There were complimentary robes provided and water and chocolates in the fridge.
Disliked: Food in the restaurant was nice but slightly over priced for what it was. Although spacious room it didn't have much storage for clothes.
