Great stay staff and facilities!...

Liked: Great located 10 minute drive to Silverstone circuit.
Disliked: The was a party on the evening and the music/ bass was ridiculous. Tried to sleep but after an hour and a half we had to ring reception to move room! It was impossible to sleep and it was past half 10pm. I want to stay at this property again later on in the year but feel like we was messed around waiting for staff member to come upto our room and take us to a new room on the opposite site side of the hotel! Disliked: Nothing, absolutely loved it

we had a great stay,...

Liked: The hotel is very nice a good mixture of the old and new. the dinner and breakfast were both top class and the staff in the dinning room in particular were first class.
Disliked: a very very minor point, we checked in and went to the room with our bags, only to find out neither door keys worked.

A lovely experience

Liked: A very grand place in beautiful surroundings. The room was very nice with a massive bathroom and there was plenty of tea and coffee. There are numerous public rooms and outdoor areas within the grounds to chill in and the spa areas looked great. The whole place had a touch of class and the staff were all so helpful and pleasant. It was fantastic value as well.
Disliked: The bed was very firm. Also for a hotel this smart it would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the fridge.
