Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I wanted to self park my car, but the streets were blocked off for an event, so I had to valet my car. The valet guys were all really great and helpful, but I didn’t expect to spend more money just to park my car. The AC was difficult and never seemed to cool down the room enough. It was stuck on 75-79, which was too warm for a 96 degree day.

Disliked: they got rid of the mini fridges with the freezers.

Liked: The view was cool i guess
Disliked: Just about everything. 1 night cost $400 for a family and dog. our shower didn't work and after driving for 11 hours and unpacking the kids and dog i was ready for a hot shower, unfortunately the shower was leaking horribly, they offered to switch us to other room ( which they didn't even have so idk why they offered) we declined because again tired. wish they could of waived the dog fee or some sort of fees from our stay instead they gave us complimentary breakfast cards which we didn't use because we ordered dinner the night before and for the price it tasted awful. I ended up throwing mine away. also didn't like that there was an event going on and the road to our hotel was slightly blocked off so we drove in circles and then was told we had to pay for valet due to the event or go all the way around. this hotel wasn't for us and we wont be booking again.
