A joy to find both...

Liked: I arrived at 6.00am, having phoned the hotel after midnight with a crisis 12 hour early arrival. I met with exceptional kindness and support from the night watchman then, on arrival and from all the staff who, as they arrived, prepared the first possible room for me. It was a beautiful room with a lovely garden view. The food is first class. I can't recommend Whitford House Hotel highly enough.
Disliked: Bath/shower might not be manageable by all. But I had not informed the hotel of my somewhat limited mobility.

Superb

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel
Disliked: The amount of chlorine in the water at the spa. We could only stay 10 minutes before our eyes were stinging.

Liked: The pool was perfect for kids! The breakfast was great and it was very quiet!
Disliked: The receptionist was very rude. We booked the family room and there were plenty of space for 5 people but charged me an additional $140...it was very expensive for one night!

Pleasant

Stopover near Wexford.

Liked: We stopped over here on our way to the ferry at Rosslare. It was perfect for that with just a 20 minute drive to the port. Great staff. Lots of private parking. The room was big with everything we needed. We booked into the restaurant which is advisable as it gets very busy. The service and food in the restaurant were excellent. Big portions.
Disliked: Nothing.
