Whitewater Inn

Our stay was pleasant, but...

Liked: Location was nicely settled in a mountain valley. Breakfast was a grab and go, but the pool/spa was pristine and the room very comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: There is no elevator and the three floors up/down can be rough with luggage. The front desk did offer to help get bags up to the room, but many trips were needed to safely get the luggage up to the room.

Liked: The room is big, the beds are very comfortable. The view outside is amazing. They have a pool, but did not use it. The room is cold. The gym room looks amazing when I walked by. They have a vending machine, and really nice washers and dryers.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Disliked: Pool was under construction. Fiberglass and other chemicals filled the air. Generator going. I was not notified ahead of time about these circumstances, and was not given the opportunity to cancel and they put my elderly mother in the room right next to the construction!! Staff was not amenable at all. Horrible experience!!

Would stay there again!

Liked: The only problem with the property is the pool and the hot tub were not working, under construction. that can’t be helped breakfast was grabbing go but had everything we needed!! The staff is very friendly and helpful and we would definitely go there again!
