Good central guest room and...

Liked: We chose this property as is easy to access Camber Sands where we spent the day.The room was comfortable (whoopie) at the top of the house; although the bath was slightly small. Even though the day was very hot the fan was very good and kept the room cool. Best of all was the breakfast which was exceptional infinitely better than other establishments we have stayed at in Rye, most notably a hotel over the road. A final note to say that the staff were lovely.
Disliked: We were fine with the stairs - but perhaps a note for people with mobility issues might be helpful. Also the bed frame is metal and feels a bit like a camp bed.

Great location, breakfast and superb...

Liked: The location was excellent. Right in middle of town and close to all cafes, pubs and restaurants
Disliked: Our room was facing the high street so it was noisy very early morning when the disposal trucks and various large vehicles were passing by

Liked: Beautiful old property on the High Street of this historic town. Lovely room (Roly Poly) with beautiful views, tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

Perfect night away

Liked: Fantastic location, gorgeous room, and really lovely staff. The breakfast was to die for!
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
