Not impressed. Would not spend the money to stay there again.
Liked: The doormen and the bellboy were pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel for the most part was pleasant and pretty.
Disliked: Could not get into our rooms until 4:30. Check in was at 3pm. It stressed out my daughter because we were needing to get ready and eat and make it to her first concert at 6:00pm, a 15 minute cab ride away. The phone was broken, so I could never talk to the front desk without going downstairs. The faucet on the tub fell off in my hand, so I had to fix it repeatedly and had no time for someone to fix it since we were already running late.

A fine stay.
Liked: Beautiful room. Felt like 1940's New York. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had ceiling heating lamp, I like that.
Disliked: The bedroom faced dead space, brick and HVAC machines - this was during the pandemic - rooms plentiful - I got a Junior Suite - could they not given us the one not facing the back alley end of the tower? I expected a view - but through third parties - hotels often will give us the undesirable room.

It was ok I expected...
Liked: The high floor, Greetings at counter,
Disliked: Paint peeling in the shower, looked like someone just used the toilet when I got there. Looked like someone was laying across the bed shortly before I got there. People slamming their doors leaving and entering rooms. No policy of guests wearing masks or else over half the staff especially security was not wearing a mask and half the patrons.

Liked: Was no breakfast or coffee.
Disliked: The quality of the room. It looked nothing like the picture.

Disliked: The temperature control in the room doesn't work. It would get hot and cold randomly regardless of what the thermostat was set at. The staff did not clean the room one time during my 3 day stay -- I understand some precaution with Covid, but our garbage was overflowing. There aren't any plasticware or napkins to use if you order takeout. The refrigerator is primarily used for their overpriced beverages, leaving no room for your own belongings. And if you move the beverages they trigger a sensor to auto-charge you. Thankfully, you can get those charges removed but the practice of charging the customer for moving beverages is outrageous and in bad faith. The beds were mediocre in terms of comfort and the pillows are unacceptably bad in that they offer no head support. This hotel is not worth the price.
