The staff was very friendly...

Liked: Perfect location across the street from the beach. Love the basket of pastries, coffee and juice every morning! Very thoughtful.
Disliked: It may seem insignificant but the outlets were not well thought out. No plug near the kettle. The plug near the nightstand was not near the bed so you really need a long cord.

Relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Liked: This was an unexpected gem,,, loved the location, view, room, staff… all exceptional. Will def be back next time on west coast

Nice location but way overpriced

Liked: The location was great and the decor was nice.
Disliked: The accommodations themselves are well-decorated, but ultimately little more than suped-up cabins, the heating (gas fire) didn't work in ours and so it felt cold. The "breakfast" was little more than a flask of coffee, a bottle of OJ and two slices of lemon cake. *N.B. Taxes, charges and other service fees are added to your bill and so the total price you pay on the app is not the total price at all. We ended up paying what was frankly a ridiculous amount for a 2 night stay for such a basic offering.

Disliked: the ac wouldnt work and we had to sleep with the window open, which is a very bad idea on a single floor property such as the white water hotel. We tried calling the front desk but the phone wouldnt work
