The everage is good for...

Liked: Room is very clean.
Disliked: I made many phone calls but it was too hard to reach the help desk. The heat system is kind of noisy, been waken up a few times during the night.

Good value for money, convenient...

Liked: Convenient location, hassle free experience. Basic room (as expected for the price / time), adequately comfortable and warm.
Disliked: Room was basic, which was fine. Could have been cleaned better in the hard to reach areas. Some noise from other residents, but all quietened down by 9:30-10pm.

Bad

Disliked: Carbon monoxide leak occurred while staying there. Front desk claimed at first it has never happened before then five minutes later stated that the detectors go off all the time while trying to convince us to stay in the room. Left immediately and demanded money back.
