great spot on beach but...

Liked: nice beach access and good beach for swimming, room was clean
Disliked: lack of privacy, views from rooms were not great, noisy from other rooms and nearby properties

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable with simple yet tasteful decor. I really appreciated the polite, friendly, and helpful team who works there. And if course the location is unbeatable steps from the beach!
Disliked: It was a little expensive for this type of property, but I do understand that's high season in the Hamptons!

Simply stunning

Liked: I came to this property with my family over 10 years ago and came back for a weekend getaway just this past weekend. This property is gorgeous and a simple paradise. The rooms are very clean and the beach views and access are amazing.

Liked: The location was truly exceptional. There were multiple times during the stay where we basically had the beach to ourselves!
Disliked: There was no pool, or workout facility, but hey can’t win them all!

Liked: Absolutely perfect location - 50 feet from the beach. Centrally located: 10 mins from both the center of Amagansett and Montauk
