White Sands Hotel

Good

Liked: Great drinks, food and vibe at the poolside bar. Great location.
Disliked: Could tell it is an older hotel with a hipster makeover and could be taken care of a little better (a few fixtures were broken, AC leaked a bit, picture on wall mounted crooked). Nothing that interfered with the overall comfort or function of the room but not the attention to detail that the hotel portrays online.

A true Polynesian filled experience!

Liked: The accommodations were very nice the decor was fantastic.
Disliked: We knew when booking that this property was older, but with that said, love has been poured in to this property.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work well. Lots of noisy guests at 2-4am. Barking dogs in rooms next to us. Guests with pets should be separated from others to avoid disturbing sleep. I know you can’t control guests, but having some awareness of the level of noise and dealing with it would be nice.
