Disappointing/ overpriced

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Dirty not well maintained . Reservation of 2 queen beds not honored due to bug infestation. Was put in room with 1 bed and pull out couch

Disappointing

Liked: The pool was nice
Disliked: The room smelled weird when we went in, and the heat didn't work. When I took a shower it was squishy. It was like I was standing on a water bed. I wouldn't stay again. Almost wanted to ask for my money back...

Disliked: Out dated. The room was half ass painted pictures missing on walls. Rug was gross couldn't take my shoe off. Paid almost 300.00 for lest the 10hour

Yuck

Liked: I would say location.
Disliked: We were placed in the outdated section of this hotel. The room smelled of old smoke/mold. The rug was wet. A/C was turned to deep freeze, probably so we wouldn't notice the smell. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't work, and it had no secondary lock. The room was honestly gross. The pool was cold. The bathroom in the pool area was filthy. Out of toilet paper, trash on the floor and the ring in the toilet tells me it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The cost of this room was exorbitant for what we received. There was no continental breakfast, and the juices were awful. It's one of the worst hotels we've been in, and I can't believe what we paid to stay there. People are living in this hotel, probably why they are still open.

Will def stay again great...

Liked: Clean comfortable and great location in the heart of up and coming White River Jct! Special thanks to Shiv Raymond Andy and Urvi for being so wonderful welcoming and helpful making us feel right at home accommodating to anything we may have needed!
Disliked: Parking was a little crowded but all and all my stay was great!
