Disappointed

Liked: The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very kind.
Disliked: We left a day early because the room was filthy, black mold on walls in bathroom, torn sheets, broken front door in lobby off hinges, flat tire on luggage carrier, toilet broke when flushing, had to go to front desk for hand soap, washcloths and towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Smoking in elevator. It was such a disappointment.

Liked: Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The building looks run down in places, pool and hot tub were down, the refrigerator in our room was broken and stunk and the coffee pot wouldn’t work.

Disliked: We checked in and the pool was closed. Got to the room to have it smell like weed and candy wrappers everywhere. The TV didn't work or either ice machines.....don't recommend this place

Disliked: Dirty. Floors not vacumed, hairs in floor, sofa, blanket. Microwave stained, not clean. Not comfortable pillows. Bathroom exhaust not working and dusty, not cleaned. No shower curtain just a liner so bathroom floors get wet. Breakfast has few selections, did not use my free breakfast at all. My sister’s room is very smelly, previous occupant was a smoker and was so smelly for their entire 5-days stay. The property did not offer them a new room, considering everyday people are checking-out nor did they offer to clean it properly or everyday and find ways to remove the odor. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, you have to inform the reception everyday if you wanted it cleaned. You have to go everyday at reception to get fresh new towels. Pool was not maintained, someone should have been mopping floors to make it safe for guest. My niece slipped, fell and hit her head badly. No safety precautions at all! Door keycards don’t work after 24-hrs, have to be reload/refresh everyday, have to go to reception everyday to have them fix it. Same issues with my family’s room and other guest. The price/ value is more higher than others. Not worth the price. (revised review)
