Glad we weren’t there for...

Liked: The location to food and shopping.
Disliked: It was very dated. It could use an overhaul. They had overbooked and at first was telling me they didn’t have a room for me. Then the upgraded our room. It was definitely not worth what you pay per night.

Disliked: Well the room I booked was not the room I received. I booked the king bed with Jacuzzi tub I got a double queen. When I told the front desk he informed me they don't work and he has been trying to get the apps to say they no longer have them. So I over paid no discount was given. They had no bowls for the free breakfast and the pool water had a weird film on it. The bathtub shower combo in my room also drained super slow. Non of the soda machine works and they charged me two dollars for a single can yes can of pop. I would not recommend this place for the price.

Bearable but not enjoyable at...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Locks didnt work, ants in breakfast area, ran out of food for breakfast, bathroom tiles loose, No room clean up for four days, had to ask twice for toilet paper, no knowledge of Tulip Time, someone tried our door at 1:30 am, breakfast only until 9 am even on the weekend, had to ask for towels

Liked: My room was quiet.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking. My toilet handle was broken. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Liked: The staff was great!! The location was very good for us.
Disliked: The fridge was leaking all over the carpet. There was no hair dryer. The bathroom towel holder was falling off the wall. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were sitting in water and they had no tea bags! (Said they were coming in the next day.) Not worth the money we paid!!
