Liked: Ease of location. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed!
Disliked: Parking is limited. Drains in bathroom are very slow.

Liked: The location was the only thing to like about this location.
Disliked: The staff, the smell of food permeating the hotel to include our room, the broken heater in our room, the stain on our bedspread and box spring and how dark it was in the hallways. There wasn't anything to really like about it in general.

Liked: That I wasnt sleeping outside in a blizzard.
Disliked: The hotel had no hot water, the front desk could not provide us a working room key, hotel smelled like mildew, and the sheets were dirty, heater didnt work

Disliked: Definitely Not a 3 star hotel!!! Very old there was a hole in the walll Toilet was broken hair dryer didnt work When I mentioned it to receptionist she didnt react very poor experience!!!

Liked: Hotel is great. Def shows a lot of improvement. Best affordable family option the entire area.
Disliked: My kids loved it. It is good. Exception value for the price.

Liked: Wide hallways. Lots of good pillows. Good heat.
Disliked: All the fixtures were loose, we were afraid to use faucet, lights, drawers in case they broke. The hairdryer didnt work and the plug had been split open. The website says they offer room service, but they do not.

Liked: Clean rooms, comfy bed.
Disliked: No breakfast or food,ice machines didn't work,water dripping steadily by elevator on 6th floor,cold hallways, elevator slow and didn't work on 2nd day.Told front desk and they said they will "call maintenence".Fridge broke so they moved me to better room.

Great hot tubs

Liked: 2 huge hot tubs plus a pool, all salt water! Comfy beds. Great location, close to Starbucks Walmart etc and the highway. And not far from everything else either. Mountain views were amazing.
