Dirty gross rusty stained moldy...

Liked: Literally only good things about this place: it’s cheap, close to oceans calling, and they have a deck that’s fun to watch festival goers walk home. If not here for a festival, not worth.
Disliked: They scammed us out of a previous reservation from 6 months previous to up sell us $200 on our room. Booking.com was great to get it rebooked at a lower rate than they were trying to fully up sell us too. The facilities….disgusting. Faucets are rusty. No room to even get into the bathroom much less love in there. Awful beds. Wi-if is a trickle if lucky. Beds were awful. DON’T STAY HERE! Even for the lower price.

Liked: Perfect location for getting to the Boardwalk and for taking breaks from the music festival. Steps from a diner that did more business than it could handle. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Disliked: The room is very small. One step separates the bed from the bathroom. The bathroom is quite small and the door is difficult to open and to close. There is a 1/2 gap between the exterior entrance and the room itself.

Liked: Place was filthy my feet were black from the floor walking from bathroom to bed about 10 steps small room door did not close properly
Disliked: Everything but the lady at check in was very pleasant three people only one towel and wash rag by the time we noticed the office was closed
