It served its purpose. Bed...

Liked: Reliably good condition and location
Disliked: Breakfast room layout not conducive to easy food prep. You end up stuck in a corner to butter your toast while people trying to squeeze past to get to fridge. Could learn a lot from QMotel in Rockhampton including dispenser containers for cereals etc.

Felt secure , safe and...

Liked: Very clean and well maintained
Disliked: Plenty of lightning and they had blankets and hairdryers. Bowling Club only a short walk with a discount from the white lace

Total disappointment

Disliked: The room was stuffy and outdated. The room was not serviced at all in the week we were there. We had to ask to get fresh towels. There was a washing machine but the clothesline was broken and looked to have been that way for a long time.

Liked: Nice rooms , good location close to all amenities. Have stayed here a few times my preference in Mackay
