Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice with the hardwood floors with the ocean view. Pool was nice and breakfast was terrific.
Disliked: The only thing needed was ash trays on the balcony and by the pool. 4th of July weekend a lot of people just toss there cigarette butts everywhere.

Liked: Everthing except it was like pulling teeth to get extra towels of coffee

Liked: Hotel smelled amazing! Beds comfortable.
Disliked: The cleaning staff would gather in the hallway at 8am and talk very loudly in Spanish. The pool was not well lit at night.

Luxury, nice experience

Liked: I loved just about everything at this hotel. The room was super spacious. The bathroom size was prefect. Arrangements of towels were location away from the shower and placed by the toilet which was super weird. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I did not like that we had to walk through an event to get to our room. That was weird but mostly rude. The beds weren't as comfortable as it appeared. I really believe that this luxury hotel should invest in plush beds. The beds were too firm.
