Good

Liked: I LOVE THE GROUNDS!
Disliked: Carpet in the hallways need replacing.. the are buckled and may cause a fall. Shower door needs better sealant, the floor was wet. Door/walls have water damage.

Great experience! Booking another stay...

Liked: The staff was phenomenal! Ms. Fran and Mr. David and all the Housekeeping staff. Loved the Bar and Bar food. Beautiful facility. Clean, very friendly, helpful staff. Felt comfortable right away Pool was divine. Will be coming back. About to reserve for next year.
Disliked: Not really anything we didn't like. The tiny sink in the bathroom was a little challenging at times but everything else made up for that.

Enjoyed our stay and would...

Liked: Heart location. Beautiful grounds. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Room small and had a musty smell. Bathroom lighting very dim.

Disliked: My 1st room had a big roach in it so they put me in another room and the lock was broken on the door
