We really enjoyed our stay. It was a shame we were in the separate annex due, we were told, to us wanting a double, even though we booked some time ago. However it was very comfortable. The lunch and breakfast were very nice indeed and it was a shame we had to leave!

Liked: Very nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. Very comfortable bed!
Disliked: Only one negative - chilly bedroom and difficult to get to the thermostat on radiator so not sure if it was even working.

Liked: Fantastic location, right in the High Street & walking distance to Dorking Halls. Beautiful refurbished room with all modern touches and luxurious feel. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and genuinely friendly, the best I’ve experienced.
Disliked: Sadly only a view of a brick wall & close to noisy glass recycling area for the hotel.

No hot water 🤧💦 but...

Liked: The decor and property are beautiful. With lots of character.And the staff very good.Breakfast was given to us free of charge
Disliked: The boiler had broken the evening of our arrival and we had no chance to shower before leaving or the night before.
