Liked: The staff were really happy to help and friendly. The location was perfect, amazing views. The menu was varied and good and the rooms were perfect for our needs.
Disliked: The rooms were fairly basic but I couldn't expect Luxury for what we paid so I wasn't unhappy

Liked: The hotel is surrounded by rolling hills and idyllic views, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating even though our booking didn't show up on their system upon arrival and although we hadn't made a reservation for food, the chef offered to make us anything we liked, would definitely visit again

A Lovely place to stay....

Liked: The staff are great, particularly Stuart. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was clean and well kept. The room was so quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and The views are out of this world

Disliked: The earliest we could have breakfast was eight, and very little was prepared, the coffee machine was broken, no provision for evening meal, although evening meal was advertised. The bathroom is no bigger than a postage stamp. I have been sent an email asking for payment even thought my money has been taken.

Very squeaky stay

Disliked: Bedroom Floor squeaked VERY BADLY every time you touched it. Only 1 large bedside cabinet which had tea making things on (not very hygiene), I think these things could have been put on a small table in corner, kettle wasn't cordless so had to unplug to take a fill up.1 bedside lamp which had no switch so again had to unplug to switch on /off.Wardrobe door banged shut , could do With something on doors to stop banging closed. 1 of the down light was let hanging with wire showing , needed a new bulb . Broken soap tray in shower, leaving sharp edges. Hard wooden chair in corner .
