Liked: Upon arrival the room I was allocated was no good ,I complained, the manager changed it to a far better room ,without any quarms ,thank you so much ,excellent room 101

One night break

Liked: Staff were friendly, it was clean and quiet. The breakfast was lovely. The bathroom was spotless.
Disliked: Decor is a little dated

2 days great stay

Liked: It was peaceful we were on the the third floor staff were pleasant and the breakfast was really nice plenty of choice looking forward to coming back
Disliked: The decor in the rooms could do with a freshen up but everything else was brilliant
