Great location, clean and comfortable...

Liked: Location was great, room quiet and comfortable. Clean, and a proper bathroom/bath etc. Very pleasant staff downstairs and nice too being above a pub.
Disliked: Nothing occurs - I was a satisfied customer and would use again.

Liked: Room was big and was lovely and clean, bathroom good size, loved the huge bath towels. Great location just had everything we needed.
Disliked: The only downside to our room was that it was directly on the street and hot weekend needed to have the windows open so a little noisy but we had expected some noise.

Left stranded late at night

Disliked: We phoned ahead to let them know we would arriving around 11pm and on arrival (at 10:50pm), the whole hotel was locked up and no one was to be seen. We knocked on the doors and we called the telephone number on the confirmation but nobody replied. We were left stranded late at night. My daughter, who is a minor was scared and put in an unsafe position.
